With the wedding postponed and Alonzo deployed, it's as a good time to try new things and better myself in anyway. It was time that I made my health a priority! For the last 6 years I've had stomach issues. I'm always tired and drained no matter how much sleep I get at night. I overheard my coworkers talking about a diet program called Whole 30. After watching both Laura and Colleen battle through the 30 day program I was interested to learn more!

The basics:
No artifical sugars
No grains (wheat, rye, barley)
No legumes (no beans such as black, red, pinto navy, white, kidney, lima, fava, etc.)
No dairy
No carrageenan, MSG, or Sulfites

No stepping on the scale! The program states you should  weigh yourself before.

There is so much we don't know or understand about the food we indigest. I'll be taking the 30 day challenge starting on Monday June 1st! Join me! I will be posting my meals, my workouts, and progress. Join the movement! #GetFitWithBritt
