Yesterday I had the pleasure of taking over Camille Rose Natural's Instagram page for the entire day! During the day I had the opportunity of taking their audience around the city of Baltimore as I showcased some of my favorite areas and also showcased my style and hair! In case you missed it, check out some of the places I ventured!
Stop 1: Sandtown Baltimore City
I love art, and Baltimore has such a beautiful art scene that I adore!! This mural here is my favorite. Created by @urbanhipsta and 9 youth art apprentices. They did such an amazing job!
Stop 2: Harbor East
I Love this area of downtown Baltimore, it has perfect scenery and is a great area full of shops and great food!
Stop 3: Baltimore Museum of the Arts
Baltimore is a very artsy city and as a person who loves good art, I love visiting the Baltimore Museum of Art. Even the outside of the building is beautiful, with its Roman Temple architecture style!
Stop 3: The Flag House
Fun fact! Did you know that the Star Spangled Banner was written in Baltimore by Francis Scott Key! Pictured here, I am standing outside of the Star Spangled Banner Flag House located in Eastern Baltimore, which was the house of Mary Pickersgill the woman who designed and sewed the American Flag!
Stop 4: Inner Harbor
This area here is definitely at the top of my list! The Inner Harbor is a historic seaport, and landmark of Baltimore. This area is beautiful, family friendly, and is filled with great restaurants, shopping and nightlife! It offers so much to see and do!!
For my hair I washed using the Sweet Ginger Cleansing Rinse and deep conditioned with Algae Renew deep conditioner. Both products worked great and made my hair super soft afterwards. For my style I did a two strand twist out and coils. I used the Curlmaker for the coils and the Curlade for my twist out. Both products gave me an unbelievable hold! I really loved the Curlade the best! My twists outs really last with these products.
